I'm James, the founder of Clinical Expert Witness Solutions Ltd, where nursing expertise and legal precision come together to deliver expert witness reports and comprehensive support for employment law DIY and PIP claim challenges. Currently still practising as a registered nurse and previous PIP assessor, union leader, and advocate in employment law, I built this company to provide trusted, insightful guidance for those navigating these complex areas—infusing my personal commitment to service into every aspect of what we do.

I’m a proud partner and father to three amazing children who bring joy and meaning to my life. Music is my escape, and I’m an avid fan of the Harry Potter universe. Overcoming personal hearing challenges has shaped my resilience, empathy, and understanding, qualities I integrate into both my personal life and my professional work.
